The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that “Broken Child” have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, neither “Broken Child” nor phpBB shall be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised. You understand that your posts may be edited for content by our moderators and/or administrators with or without prior notification, be it for language, controversy or protection of others. You understand that malicious posts or posts construed to be malicious, even if unintended to be as such, will be deleted upon discovery or report without any prior notification.

Our focus is to help fellow citizens recognize the signs and symptoms of abuse and provide information regarding the reporting of child abuse. You acknowledge that you will treat any information you receive via the usage of this board as mere suggestions. Information received via posts or private message is NOT to be treated as professional advice and posts do NOT replace the advice of legal counsel. "Broken Child" encourages its users to become familiar with the laws their state has in place, but does not guarantee the accuracy of these laws by date.
