Kelsey's Purpose

Kelsey's Purpose was founded in memory of two-year-old Kelsey Briggs of Meeker, Oklahoma. Despite nine months of
documented abuse, she was placed back in the home where she later died as a result of child abuse. Kelsey's Purpose
was began by Kelsey's paternal grandmother, Kathie Briggs, and is our sister site. Kelsey's story has touched thousands
of people around the world.

For the Black and Blue was created by singer/songwriter Debra Holloway and is a site Debra designed to help victims
of abuse and other past hurts learn how to cope and overcome.

protect the children in their care, Children's Rights is there to help. Children's Rights is currently in Oklahoma to
reform our Department of Human Services.
